Cancellation Policy
By booking a DNA collection service with McPrepped, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. No Refund Policy All payments for DNA collection services are non-refundable. Once an appointment is booked and confirmed, no refunds will be issued for any reason. Please ensure you are committed to your scheduled appointment before booking. 2. Appointment Timeliness • Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled DNA collection. • A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and you will be required to book and pay for a new appointment. 3. Missed Appointments & Rescheduling • If you miss your scheduled appointment, you must book a new appointment at full price. • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges. 4. No Guarantee of Desired Results DNA collection is conducted professionally and without bias. The results are determined solely by the DNA specimens submitted to the accredited laboratory. McPrepped has no control over the outcome of the test and does not guarantee that results will align with personal expectations. 5. Mobile DNA Collection Service • McPrepped is a mobile DNA collection service, meaning we come to you for DNA collection. • The collection site must be agreed upon at the time of booking. Any changes to the location must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and may be subject to additional fees. • If the client does not arrive at the agreed collection site, the appointment is considered missed, and a new appointment must be booked at full price. 6. Liability Disclaimer • McPrepped provides DNA collection services only. We are not responsible for testing, processing, or interpreting results—all testing is conducted by accredited laboratories. • McPrepped is not liable for any decisions, legal matters, emotional distress, or disputes arising from DNA test results. • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all individuals involved in testing voluntarily provide their DNA samples. McPrepped is not responsible for unauthorized DNA submissions. • Clients confirm that they are physically and mentally capable of undergoing the DNA collection process. If a participant refuses collection upon our arrival, the appointment is still considered fulfilled and non-refundable. • McPrepped reserves the right service to refuse services if unsafe or inappropriate
